Minute Chefs Catering – Dietary Needs

We aim to accommodate dietary requirements wherever possible. Please review the
information below and advise us of any special needs when booking.

Spit Roast Buffets

All spit roast meats, vegetables and gravy are gluten-free. Mixed vegetables are prepared with margarine which is dairy free. Salads without pasta or noodles are gluten-free.

Vegetarian and vegan meals are available with prior notice. We provide a vegan chickpea curry suitable for both vegetarian and vegan guests.

FODMAP requirements vary greatly and can be difficult to cater for. We recommend discussing suitable options with your guest and passing this information on to us. Clients may also choose to provide their own meal if required.

Garlic is used in roast lamb and gravy. Meats can be prepared without garlic on request.

All meats are cooked together, including pork. For Halal guests, chicken drumsticks can
be provided as an alternative on request.

Finger Foods

Final dietary numbers must be confirmed when booking. For guests with dietary requirements, we provide a separate meal or selected gluten-free platters. We do not modify individual finger food items.
