Prices for weddings are 5% cheaper in off peak times from and including June-September. A new quoted price will be issued with the booking request, during these periods and days.
If you require a special menu please put the details in the notes on the booking/availability request.
Finger food menus vary and a quote will need to be issued to get an exact price.

Spit Buffet Wedding Package
As well as staff we also include in our wedding package fine china, cutlery, cloth napkins, salt and pepper shakers, and setting of the tables.
Minimum spend $4000 per Saturday wedding (peak season only).
Minimum spend $2500 per Friday or Weekday wedding.

A history of Minute Chefs
Minute Chefs catering was established by Adam and Rebecca Mitchell in 2007 and quickly became popular and reliable business supported by locals, resorts, and tourism- based businesses. In 2014 we felt it was time to expand so we bought Radcliffes Function Centre and started Port53 restaurant in the same building. With a lifetime of hospitality experience garnered from city, regional, and even international experience. we aim to please and serve the best quality food and produce with simplicity in mind.
