Welcome to Minute Chefs

We specialise in spit roast catering and handmade finger food. Based in Echuca-Moama, we also cater surrounding areas including Bendigo, Shepparton, and Deniliquin.

Minute Chefs predominantly caters to the wedding industry, where we offer fully serviced buffets which include serving staff, setting of the tables, provision of plates, cutlery, cloth napkins, and all cooking equipment required to make your reception a memorable one.
In addition to weddings, we offer function and event catering with buffets and finger food options to suit all events in all places! We do family gatherings, birthdays, engagement parties, anniversaries, holiday groups and more!
In addition to our fully catered staffed events, we also offer pick-up or delivery on our spit roast, finger food, and American BBQ menus.
Minute Chefs Catering has the flexibility to cater in homes, backyards, marquees, on paddle steamers, or wherever you choose. Some menus like finger food do have minimum power requirements and require kitchen facilities, so please enquire so we can direct you to the best menu options that will suit your planned wedding or event.

A history of Minute Chefs:

Minute Chefs catering was established by Adam and Rebecca Mitchell in 2007 and quickly became popular and reliable business supported by locals, resorts, and tourism- based businesses. In 2014 we felt it was time to expand so we bought Radcliffes Function Centre and started Port53 restaurant in the same building. With a lifetime of hospitality experience garnered from city, regional, and even international experience, we aim to please and serve the best quality food and produce with simplicity in mind.
